Benefits:
Assistant Manager starting salary is $60,000 Per Year Company-provided uniforms Paid training is offered to mechanics with basic mechanical skills 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees only Benefits begin for employees on the 1st of the month 401k with up to a 5% match 3% Safe Harbor contribution to employee's 401k regardless of whether you contribute or not $50 cell phone reimbursement per management approval Temperature-controlled shop 120 hours of PTO at the start of employment with a max accrual of 240 hours Assistant Mechanic Supervisor Requirements:
Proven skills in written and verbal communications, planning, organizing, leadership, and interpersonal relationships.
Excellent customer service, time management, administrative, and management skills.
Analytical thinking:
Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports/data.
Manage priorities.
Must be a self-starter and able to work without supervision Knowledge and use of Microsoft computer products or other comparable systems.
Must be able to sit, stand and walk along with climbing stairs, reaching, pushing, pulling, leaning, and twisting.
